Sweet and sour condiment with a strongly sour taste. Brilliant brown color, young and rebellious. It gives off a young and tart scent.
Where to taste it and how to use it in all our daily preparations: it goes perfectly with vegetables, salads, pinzimoni, caprese and fish dishes, but also meats and aged cheeses. It can be used to flavor crustaceans or prepare cooking bases.
The natural ingredients: San Giovese grape must from grapes harvested and kneaded in San Pierino, cooked over direct heat and aged in casks of different woods. Does not contain dyes, preservatives, thickeners.
