Red wine vinegard. This topping comes from our finest red wine. It is a natural vinegar, born from the acetification of our wine. It has an amber red color and a very intense perfume. It is the ideal for raw dressing of salads, vegetables or for the creation of sweet and sour dishes. Our vinegar is not filtered, to preserve all its health characteristics. Any small settlements in the bottle are indie of craftsmanship of the product. It doesn't have a deadline. The vinegar can be easily preserved over time. It only intensifies its acidity.
