Frequent questions

How can I buy products on your online store?

1) Browse the products in our SHOP to see features, images and price;
2) The BUY button corresponding to the desired product / s will insert the item in the cart;
3) In the right column you can see the cart to add or remove products;

4) As soon as you have completed your choice, through the CASH button you can finalize your order, enter the data for shipping and make the payment.

Are your products immediately available? Or do I have to wait who knows how long?

All products visible online are immediately available for sale and shipping. There will be no need to wait for any lack of stocks or products not available in stock. Your purchase takes place directly with the Podere San Pierino company-producer.

I have to make a gift. Do you also offer packages / gift boxes?

Of course!
Packaging in elegant corrugated cardboard is available, customized packaging on your request. You will simply have to indicate in the order comments that it is a gift and if you want some particular customization. Not too laborious gift wrapping is free. However, always leave a telephone number in case of doubts we will contact you to make your gift unique and unforgettable.

Is it possible to pay by credit card, Postepay or PayPal?

Yes, we accept all common forms of payment and credit cards. VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO circuits.

Do you also accept bank transfer?

Yes, we also accept payments by bank transfer. Orders placed with payment by bank transfer will be processed after verification of the actual crediting of the payment (usually within 3/4 days).

How are the products shipped?

The products are shipped in reinforced envelopes or cardboard boxes.

Shipments are processed in 24h-48h from the moment of receipt of payment. All products visible on the online store are immediately available. We try to do everything possible to keep availability up to date.

FAQ - TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

I have problems with Registration, I cannot register. How can I do?

On our website there is no need to create an account, no need to register.
It is sufficient to indicate an e-mail address, an e-mail and you will receive an access link directly to your e-mail box.
Subsequently, whenever you want to see your orders, or review what you have ordered over time, just retype the same e-mail, you will receive another link that allows you to see all the orders related to that e-mail.
In other words, the system stores orders, shipping addresses and payment methods from your email without the need to create a real account.

For orders for delivery in Italy:
Express Courier: 24 / 48h delivery for most destinations.

Traceability of the shipment: always available and communicated to the customer immediately after shipment.
Processing times: fulfillment of orders, packaging and shipments carried out in 24 / 48h.

Shipping costs: Variable shipping based on weight.

Free Shipping: for orders over € 500.00.

The packaging of all our products takes place using special shockproof containers, which protect the contents from possible breakage.


For orders delivered to the rest of Europe:
Shipping costs vary according to the order and the country from which it is executed, they will be visible during the order procedure.

Orders are usually processed within 24/48 working hours.

Our express courier usually delivers in 3-10 working days for most European countries, with the exception of logistically difficult locations, which may take extra days.

A traceability code will be communicated to the customer as soon as the express courier has taken charge of the order. With this code it will be possible to know the status of the shipment at any time.

Switzerland private customers: max 12 btl.

Packaging:
The packaging of all our products takes place using special shockproof containers, which protect the contents from possible breakage.

For orders delivered to the United States of America:
Shipping costs vary according to the order and the country from which it is executed, they will be visible during the order procedure.

Orders are usually processed within 24/48 working hours.

Our express courier usually delivers within 15/20 working days for most locations, with the exception of those logistically disadvantaged, for which extra days may be required.

A traceability code will be communicated to the customer as soon as the express courier has taken charge of the order. With this code it will be possible to know the status of the shipment at any time.

Max 60 btl.
Delivery times: On average 15/20 working days not guaranteed.
For New Jersey, Massachussets and Pennsylvania about 10 more days.
No delivery to UTAH;
Hawaii, Alaska: Extra €. 30 (automaticaly added in the chart)
Pennsylvania, Massachussets and New Jersey: Extra €. 10 (automaticaly added in the chart)
The address must be complete with telephone number and e-mail; No delivery to PO Box;
It is good to know that in the USA some shipments can be delivered front door, so it is advisable to provide a business address;
Accepted: Wine, Oil, Vin santo, other minor products.
Not Accepted: Grappa

Shipments of wine and oil.

Shipments of wine and oil require shockproof packaging.
All our shipments that contain glass bottles are carefully packed in boxes that guarantee their integrity to their destination.

SHIPPING ONLY EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL.
For the purchase of only extra virgin olive oil we recommend, but it is not mandatory, to use the canned version. This package, in addition to being light and not subject to breakage, also preserves the organoleptic characteristics of our product over time.
